Browse available products, add to your basket, and order — all in a few taps. Orders are confirmed per event so you always know where things stand.
Collection slot booking
Book a collection time that suits you. You'll receive the address and any pickup details automatically in your confirmation.
Itemised invoices by email
You'll receive a clear, itemised invoice for every order — with payment instructions and your collection details included.
Know your producers
Products come from named, local suppliers — not anonymous supply chains. Short, traceable supply chains mean fresher food and fairer prices.
No subscription, no surprise fees
You only pay when you take part in an event — no monthly charge just for existing. Each local sets a minimum order threshold tailored to their community, which helps cover the overhead of each pickup slot and keeps collection running smoothly for everyone.

Your data is yours — not ours to sell
helyi is not a big tech data machine. We charge a fixed fee to support our operation — not a percentage of your orders, not advertising revenue, and certainly not your personal data. There is no false promise of "free" while every click is tracked and monetised. You pay for a service, and that service is all we're here to provide.
Your purchase history, your preferences, your community — none of it is for sale. It exists to help you and your Local, and for no other purpose.
Every order is part of something bigger
The small platform fee included in each event isn't just keeping the lights on. helyi's plan is to use income from paying Locals to fund free Locals in underserved communities — giving people who couldn't otherwise afford it access to the same model: fresh food, fair prices, and a direct relationship with local producers.
