You receive a single, itemised purchase order per event, aggregated across all members who ordered your products. No chasing individual orders.
Order confirmation workflow
Each purchase order includes a confirmation link. Accept or flag issues directly. No account required to respond.
Delivery instructions
Organisers set custom delivery instructions per supplier (date, time, address, and contact details), included in every purchase order.
Your own product catalogue
Manage your product listings (names, descriptions, sizes, pricing, images) independently from the organiser's market.
Stock control
Set available stock per product. The market automatically limits orders to what you can supply, so there's no overselling.
Direct relationships
You deal directly with local organisers. No intermediary platform extracting a cut of every transaction.

Your products are yours, not our inventory to exploit
helyi doesn't take a cut of your sales, and we don't treat your product data as an asset we own. Your listings, descriptions, pricing, and images belong to you. We use them solely to display your products to communities you've agreed to supply, nothing more.
We charge members a fixed fee when participating in events, to operate the network. That's the deal: transparent, straightforward, and without the hidden cost of your data being packaged and sold to someone else.
Your reach could extend further than you think
helyi's mission is to extend the same direct, fair-trade model to underserved communities that can't currently access it. As free Locals come online, suppliers who are already part of the network will have the opportunity to supply them, reaching new customers and supporting food security in communities that need it most.
